21st September 2019 was my fourth work anniversary in a BPO company (ServicEnginBPO) as an AdOperation specialist. I am super excited to share my experiences and the opportunities I have been given to build my successful career here.
Working in an agency is always challenging, but the possibility to shape a stable career is high. For a rewarding career, you need to follow some certain rules and strategy. Let me share you some suggestions from my early experience working on the agency side. Here you go-
First thing first, Chose the best leader at the very beginning if you have the opportunity to do so. Always remember, Only a great leader can influence you to keep passionate about your goal. Google to learn the best qualities of a great leader. Trust your leader if you realise that he is capable to protect your trust.
It's a common-sense that If you follow the rule and regulations of any company, you have nothing to fear at all. Try to perform some task which is out of the call of duty. If you are passionate about your job, always try to be different on process or work. Be passionate about the job will make you strong enough to handle any type of situation. As you already know, when you are capable of managing every situation, you are lucky enough to fulfil your purpose and goal.
AdOperation industry is very dynamic. Changes happen here more frequently than you imagine. Always gather industry-related information. Always remember that your knowledge is your best friend. In this industry client continuously want an expert. Make sure you are surrounding yourself with talented and experienced people. Enrich your bookmark list with various adoperation related websites. Always focus on the background process of any task you are doing. Never underestimate any task so that you can learn more and more. Deliver extra effort and Do an extra analysis for any new task you are receiving.
I read thousands article on how to make a better relationship with a coworker, but nothing helped me because people are not the same. You can't read one's mind, so following some strategy will develop this gradually. Relationship with coworker or client or manager is very important. I suggest you consider moral principle along with other things. Never think that your good or bad deeds will hide automatically.
Do not worry at all because time will value your effort. It is possible to build a successful career in this field, but this will take time. Keep patience and break your comfort zone to go an extra mile. Happy Ad Trafficking.
